2022 centre console removal

Featured Replies

Hello my E-Tron is in for repair and I have a Q7 2022 as a replacement car, it seems something has dropped down behind the cup holder flap stopping it from opening fully, the dealer does not have another replacement car so as I travel long distances I need to hold coffee cups, so it’s frustrating, does anyone know how to remove the centre console so I can remove obstruction ?
I’ve tried pulling at the trim and I can release most but around the rear of the cup holders it seems to be secured?

have you pulled up both the cup holder base covers to see if there are any screws there.or been very careful you could try using a plastic trim tool(as in this video 6m 45s)... to try and remove any trimmings as in my case where screws were hidden.but that was on my old audi a4
