DAB radio retro fit on V10 R8

Can anyone help - I would like to fit a DAB radio to my V10 R8. It already has the Apple music interface so I am led to believe that the options are limited. I currently have an DAB radio with an FM transmitter that I can tune the radio to but this is an incredibly inelegant solution that suffers from constant interference. I have considered the Alpine DAB head unit but don't know whether it is compatible with the B&O stereo.

Does anyone have any experience in this area?

I don't blame you for trying to exchange it for a head unit.

Not 100% sure on the Alpine unit with the current B&O set up. Have you consulted a local audio centre?
