    had it done at ecu testing that said they couldn't find a fault with the culture but couldn't rule out it being intermittent so I just said rebuild it with all new parts price was £230 all in Update the clock's are back and in the car let's see how it goes

    Make sure all electrical items work and ac. Has the gearbox been serviced? Has the quattro system been serviced (if applicable)? Are the tyres the same brand and tread on each axle as uneven tyre wear or mismatched tyres can damage the quattro system. I'd also recommend you check out buyers guides on YouTube as they'll help.

    I'd recommend a stainless steel straight through exhaust, induction kit and then the remap. Obviously you could look at upgraded cams, manifolds etc but is it worth it?
