    Hello All Update to this issue is that the RELAY under the ECM/PCM did need replacing. What a !Removed! job it was as well. Had to remove the cover , remove the window wiper and hen the retaining clip from the PCM/ECM and then the relay itself. Add some pics of the parts that needed removing ..
