  2. Hi. I have a 2011 Q7 3.0tdi. The problem is that The heater doesn't get hot. Stays cold all the time. The auxillary heater doesn't start up either. The heater mother works fine on all speeds so it's not that. I don't have vagcom but I do have a snap on diagnostic kit and it keeps telling me there's a fault in the cluster ( don't know if it means clocks or climate control ). I've checked for bad earth's as that seems to be a problem but they seem ok. Has anyone else had this problem or could shed some light. Thanks in advance
