    Yes the number is 08002792884 You can find the number in the app as well. I also agree the more calls maybe they'll actually do something about it.

    Hey myaudi app not working for me either. Stopped working yesterday and still not working as it fails to connect to the car. Rung the audi app helpline today they are aware of the problem and got told down to some kinda server outage or something. Asked ETA on when this will get fixed. Got chocolate teapot style answer in return basically no help at all. Let us know if yours is working yet?
