  1. A6 Avant luggage cover not retracting

    Hi everybody, Suddenly the electric luggage cover of my A6 Avant 2.0TDI 4G C7 is locked in the closed position, when the tailgate opens or closes, the lid remains locked. The sliding mechanism does not move even a millimeter, even trying to force it easily. With the VAG, during a diagnosis it turned out that "Anti Play Lock" is active, this option is not mentioned in the manual. Does anyone have an idea on how it can be disabled, or a specific solution? Thank you
