Same problem Audi Q7 65 plate. There is a US Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) on it from 2017 covering Q5 and Q7s. Will be usual out of warranty response from dealers. German cars v reliable until they break, then just v expensive. Oh, and not that reliable either. Except the legendary 911.
