Hi Liam yep mine are down again too i would imagine that everyone affected by the initial “outage” early April are affected once again

That’s great and I think everyone who suffered the loss of channels has had them restored I would like to think that due to the communications and comments generated by all on the post decisions have been reversed.

Can’t believe that we’ve all now got the missing DAB radio stations back working I don’t understand what’s gone on since we all started to contact Audi and share and communicate and on this forum starting on the 4th April the involvement from everyone has been incredible and hopefully we’ve now got a long term resolution of the missing channels being restored Thanks to everyone involved

Hi Sandra welcome to the chat please don’t pay for any diagnostic as it appears to be a transmission issue with national DAB stations moving over to DAB+ which 2014 - 2018 Audis don’t appear to be able to connect to The change happened at the end of March
  7. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
Yes mine has too. This change over from DAB to DAB+ fits with everyone’s experience of losing the channels at the end of March.

Hi Noel welcome to the group we’re all in the same boat with this issue so hopefully one of us will come up with a solution
  9. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club

  10. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
Hi Mark our numbers are growing daily we were all affected by the same issue roughly at the same time it’s deffo an Audi issue not a fault of any transmission or individual vehicle.
  11. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
Hi Amy in a way that’s great news alas unfortunately we’ve all still got the same problem even more confusing now
  12. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
Hi Mark thank you for the update When I got in my car this morning the local stations on DAB have now also disappeared so I’m having to use FM until we get a solution
  13. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
Hi Mark try to scan your areas local channels and see if you have any luck with them most of us affected can play the local ones but not the national ones
  14. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
    How strange
  15. Dave321 replied to Dave321's topic in Audi Q3 Club
It’s very strange and I don’t think we are the only 2 who’ve been affected if it’s a radio transmission issue
