Hi,
Have a A6 2.0 diesel from 2016, automatic transmission that was randomly stalling upon maneuvering (back a forth) or stopping at a traffic light. More often on slightly inclined streets.
It would happen twice or 3 times a month, and recently it was more frequent.
Received it today from the official Audi repair shop and apparently it was the fuel rail pressure sensor. Just drove a couple of miles, mas I could notice a big difference on the way the car behaves on stop ang go traffic. It stopped a light stutter upon bringing the car to a stop. Very, very smooth. Some people say it is normal for a DSG to stutter a bit upon stopping but these cars are quite smooth (I guess the problem was growing slowly over time and I got used to it).
Just sharing because it could be useful to others. regards
(PS: I knew it had nothing to do with Start/Stop system because it is disabled since day one when I went to pick it up from the dealer)
