    Called dealer today. Spoke to them this morning and salesman has asked me to call service to book in, even though I only collected yesterday. I have called service and they now need to check with salesman!! Still waiting. Left a nightmare with Mercedes to go into another me thinks! Really had enough already

    Hi there Collected my 2010 q7 3.0 tdi s line today and not great day. Just come out of a nightmare with Mercedes after 2 years and decided on an Audi. Picked my q7 this afternoon and noticed already a knocking noise. When accelerating from standstill then brake instantly, I noticed a knocking noise from underneath! any ideas what this could be? As dreading if I have walked into another nightmare. Any ideas and assistance will be much appreciated. Regards
