I agree. I found a way of turning it off permanently, so I just turn it back on when I need it.

Yeah, I think 40gb a month should be ok though as those updates are nominal.

Thats what I was looking at £15 for 40gb. Means my kids would not all need data on their phone individually. Only the oldest really goes anywhere on his own yet to actually need it not in the house or the car.

Yeah I saw the link saying this is how you get data on the e-sim. I don't really want to go the Audi route and I do have an e-sim in my iPhone so was just wondering if it was the same for the Audi. I have 3 kids and at home they use wireless but out and about they use my Wife's data. Was thinking it could save me money.

How do people get along with lane assist? First time I have had it and it is starting to get on my nerves.

This is my 4th A6 in a row and with the diesel models they seem laggy. The 2 petrol models seem much more responsive off the line.

I can't really see the issue, does this really bother you a lot? Does it look like the number plate is going to come off?

Mine took months. I ordered very similar and they said to me lead times were 3 - 5 months. It did take just over 3 months. I guess it is different for every car but you should get updates form Audi.

Has anyone else set up the WiFi in the A6? Where is the sim located or is it an e-sim?
