Ok seatbelt alarm has stopped when i moved the seat so sorted and regards to the exhaust ive booked it in in Bradford in January for a new middle box pipe and back box built in stainless steel for about £450 im going to keep the car for probably another 2yrs as its a 06 plate with 131000 miles interestingly ive reset the mulf light which was p0422 catalytic problem and it hasn't come back on yet! as the back box is loose from the pipe! We'll see thanks

Cheers steve i had the seat out last yr for a deep clean so I'll check and regards the back box its come away from the middle box pipe with age thanks ive got my garage looking for a replacement

Hi gareth yes mu garage tried all local suppliers to no avail so i was just wondering if there were any that anyone else has used ? I'll keep looking as mot isnt till april and its not noisey cheers rob

My back box has detached itself from the middle pipe and also the middle box is showing signs of wear its a estate can anyone recamend where i can get replacements? Also seatbelt warning bell comes on when turning the steering wheel any ideas? Cheers rob

Hi all for some reason my airbag light has come on the dashboard any ideas? Also sometimes the engine management light comes on so i plug the reader in which shows po4020 which is to do with the catalics so ive tried some cleaner which sometimes cleans it forso long then the lights back on any ideas? The car is a 06 1.6 petrol estate cheers

Good news bought a new cranksensor for £28 fitted for £30 as my lying underneath with axle stands days are over and it flies my obd11 reader has paid for itself fingers crossed thankyou for your advice steve

I have a 2006 a4 1.6 estate which sometimes runs fine sometimes not! so i plugged in my diagnostic reader and got the milf light erased but also got this code p0332 which i ve checked on the bentley code list and found its a crankshaft sensor so is it best to take it off and clean it or just buy another one if so does anyone know the part number ? Think mine is b7 1.6 ltr engine thanks

Hi steven i cant upload the images it says a unknown server is not compatible what am i doing wrong? However the reader resets the milf light but then it comes on again after a day the dtc says no input from the ignition distributor signal so im surmising it could be a coil pk? dont know yet still investigating! Hi all ive bought a diagnostic reader for my a6 estate havent seen the reader yet but im hoping to turn off the engine light and maybe it can tell me if i need to replace the maf sensor as sometimes it runs well bit smokey on start up but sometimes feels like its half the power or maybe a coil pack what can i expect from this reader its a pro one from retro parts on ebay thanks
