I had this error come up last week and have been driving it since, waiting for my local garage to order the part. I read this thread and realised I can’t be that short of 20 error messages so panicked, went down to Cardiff Audi myself this morning (in a different car) and have changed it myself. The guy there said they are doing loads of these under warranty at the moment but have a reasonable stock left. There should be a recall for this, if it had gone when I’m away in it on holiday I’d have been stuffed. In all it took less than 5 mins, I wouldn’t have attempted to do it myself if it wasn’t for Ambrose’s video - not all heroes wear capes!
