Can I get members thoughts...just bought a used Q5 TDI Aug'18 with 16k miles from a main dealer, within 1 mile after collection the car developed a warning light re the 4 wheel driver system and I took the car back, the eventually diagnosed the problem and I was assured it wasn't major and leant me a new Q5 while they ordered the part.
The part arrived and they took 3 days to fit and they asked me that car required a new rear diff costing them approx £5k.
I drove the car away only to find that the heater on the passenger side was pumping out ice cold air yet the passenger side was normal.
I took the car back again and at cob they advised that whilst the faulty part was small it would be a 3 day job to fit...this is despite the car going through an Audi 149 quality check.
Can I have any thoughts as to what the problems could have been been ? The dealer is being cagey and I have advised them that I'm rejecting the car under their 30 day/1000 mile warranty.
Should I get another Q5 or just ask for my money back ?
Thanks
