  1. I decided to go for the Vredestein Quatrac Pros. They are very chunky and look prepared for anything. Bring it on!
  2. I currently have Avon ZV7s on my Quattro Avant. I am considering going with the Contis next time. The Avons are very good but the idea of all weather tyres apeals to me. Especially as I live halfway down a muddy old hill - its all muddy around my part of Somerset actually 😕
  3. Hi, I was just watching a video by VAG Technic here: https://www.youtube.com/c/VAGTechnic It shows how they open up a V6 engine to change the chains and tensioners. They would probably be good guys to contact as they really seem tto know their stuff and the cost looks reasonable. They are based in Dudley which isnt too far from you. I'd definately go to them if I wasnt out in the West Country. Best of luck
