So whats the best petrol engine which i need to search for :)? For d4 face lift is it w12?

Hi what is the most reliable audi a8 d4 , i am talking about face lift engines only, should i pick diesel or petrol i dont want to go to issues and repairs soon , so i dont want problematic engines , please tell me what is the best most reliable engine for d4 face lift? And what issues i can expect from it or from other engines...
