Fieldy

Just bought an A3 S line 2006. Few bits need doing and advice needed. A piece of body trim between the front and rear doors , door pilar I think . The black paint is flaking off. I'm thinking either get them off myself or replace with new parts. Can't see any screws holding them so I guess they just pull off. Any good Audi parts suppliers near the Gatwick area or online companies. And any ideas how you get these trims off. Thanks
