It’s a disgrace to be honest. I’ve said the same thing when it comes to selling. What I don’t understand is they are putting them on cars half the price of the higher costing models. I think we need todo something about it. We have no wireless charger in ours either q7 black edition like I said in my previous post. I was gutted with no led matrix. No money back either. I think I’ll trade mine in next year.

100% it will come with none matrix led. Apparently they are putting them back on from sep 23. It’s wrong really

You know what’s most frustrating. I rang audi uk and they putting them back on this year. Think I’m gonna trade mine in. There’s a company called hazzzy dayz who can do it but for around 6k

So audi are saying the notice went out in feb 18th 22 about Q7 models not having them fitted due too cutting back on semi conductors. Our car was ordered March 3rd 22. No one told us the change. The cutback is to build other cars. My argument was my car was 70k but you can buy a q3 half the price and they come with matrix led. Also it’s a s line black edition comfort and sound so should come with them. They also cut the wireless chargers under the armrest. We also paid extra for puddle lights (audi rings) they didn’t arrive either. Still waiting. I know people who have had comfort and sound and they haven’t had parking sensors but charged full price. Something happening with audi and not for the better.

I think it’s a shocking move by audi. Our friends have a 22 plate exactly the same sline black edition and came with matrix headlights. I’m soo annoyed that it hasn’t got them. We traded our q8 in as the pan roof was defective leaking water.

So has anyone ordered a new 72 plate q7 Sline black edition and the car has turned up with standard led headlights and bulb indicator. No audi led day run lights. we ordered ours in feb 2022 and it should have led matrix headlights and has not due too an excuse of chip shortage. Audi did not tell us of this change. does anyone know if the matrix led headlights will go straight on (swop) I’m abit annoyed as if we come to sell the car it’s not to the spec it should be. We just got a q7 Sline black edition and no matrix headlights. Apparently chip shortage. Not happy with them either. Look poor and bulb indicator. Disappointed really. I’ve asked a friend at audi who is looking into it for me
