Every time I get in the car and start it I get the Pre Sense indicator. It goes away after 5-10s, is this normal?

Interesting, I got in the car 17:45 on Sat and no call or destination history. Drove the car for 30 mins, picked up a meal and when I got back in and started the car everything back to normal. Only thing that was slightly odd was I didn't get the user prompt until after the engine had started. Has the quick access bar gone back to it's original location?

The wording that caught my eye was "turn off the car a message comes up on the top screen saying xxxx is registered", I don't see this when I switch off my car. I get the prompt for the user to login as but not when I turn it off, how do you enable this?

So far so good. Just in diagnostics mode researching a possible issue / issues. Very easy to use and fairly logical app.

Purchased an OBDElevel with a Pro Licence.

I've just scanned my car for the first time and one of the Static errors is an IPv6 Address Conflict Can anyone shed any light on what might be causing this and how to resolve it? I done the usual internet type search and this code and message doesn't appear. The car is factory spec except for having a very expensive Audi tow bar fitted that was activated by the dealer using a key and now shows up as a factory installed item on the components list. Hi, don't know the answer to your question but, and don't quote me on the terminology, but are you on a fixed servicing plan where the car will prompt you every 9600 miles for an oil/inspection service? I believe you can have the car reprogrammed for flexible servicing so the oil changes can stretch beyond 9600 miles. One of my clients had this change applied and some of the cars go 17500 miles between oil changes! Most of there cars are 60K miles per year cars.

Is the reason it only shows up in 5th & 6th because these are the only gears you can use the full 520nm?

I've been using a iCarSoft CR V2.0 for a few years but I've just tried to update for the S6 C8 and it doesn't appear to be supported so I'm looking for a replacement that works with VAG and others. Mainly for fault code checking, battery replacement and general servicing type resets. Ideally I'd like to pay for it and not have an annual subscription to pay but this is not a hard and fast requirement. Suggestions appreciated.

I'm under the impression that the green pedal symbol comes on when the car thinks you can come off the gas and it will coast up to a junction without issue. I get a squiggly parallel line symbol when the cruise is backing off to keep the car stable round the twisty bits. Very clever and don't know if it uses the cameras, the GPS maps or both to make the decisions. It's easy for the car to make driving numb but it is safe. My other car doesn't have traction control, ABS or power steering so I use this to have fun and let the S6 oil burner eat miles in comfort, albeit with the ability to deal with the majority of the people that think there car is an F1 car and think they can drive🙃

My 55TDi has it. Does it irrespective of the Start/Stop setting and the Aircon can be on, however I generally have my Aircon on Eco mode not full mode and most of the time I drive in Economy mode. Little battery symbol on the end of the MPG display needs to be green. I've noticed it mostly on the motorway when cruise control is on and the RPM drops to zero and the car speed can drop by up to 2MPH before it restarts the engine. It will also kick in if going down a hill on the m-way. If not on cruise then you need to be off the throttle for a few seconds for it to kick in, again normally happens going down hill. Maybe it's a 4pot / 6pot difference??

Where can I find out what the capacity of this option actually is? I'll be towing 1.34t so I need to make sure it' sup for the job. Cheers
