The visibility is fine - it's just that I have difficulty turning my head round sufficiently following spinal surgery a couple of years ago! Here's hoping that mirror does the trick.

Can anyone recommend a panoramic rear view mirror that will fit the rather bulky rear view mirror on my 6 year old A6 Avant please? I bought one last year, but the moment I tried to fit it over the current mirror, the spring-loaded clips on the new one broke off as they couldn't accommodate the bulk at the rear of the Audi mirror. Does anyone have a recommendation they could offer, perhaps one that has "elastic" fixings? Many thanks Mike

First entry on the Forum - be gentle with me!! I have an A6 Avant 2.0 TDI 6 years old, and I've had it about 5 months. Everything's working fine - except - today when I switched on, the MMI screen showed "Telephone is not installed", which is strange because I used it about 3 or 4 times yesterday! The Main Dealer says they will plug in to the Diagnostics doo-dah next week and "resolve the problem", but can any Audi guru give me a clue as to what might have happened? Thanks in anticipation. Mike
