AGM battery has to be charged by driving at least half an hour every day. This is what the AA told me when I called them out after cutting out. A1 was not used while I was away on holiday, Was also told that the start go should not be used in city traffic as this affects the charging.

Hello . Has anyone with an A1 2013 1,6.Sportsback had to order an new alternator. Have a choice of 3 that would fit but told if I had a part number (Couldn't see it) it would be preferable to have that. Thanks.
