I have 2012 A5 2.0 TFSI S Line Quattro Cabriolet and over the last week or so the rear view screen has failed to connect fully. When I engage Reverse it initially connects and displays the rear view screen then quickly disconnects and reverts to whatever screen was showing initially. Also occasionally one or other of the power folding wing mirrors fails to locate in the correct position on starting the car. Am I going to have to remortgage my house or is it a known issue and reasonably easily fixed please?

I am now the proud owner of a 2012 A5 S Line 2.0 Quattro cabriolet. Is there anything special I need to do to maintain the soft top and keep it rainproof and watertight please, I previously had a Volvo C70 with a steel cabriolet roof so just had to keep the seals greased?

Yes I did Gareth after checking that its was a 2012 Facelift and thus no engine issues but thanks for the warning. So far it is great except for fuel consumption where I am getting high 20s mpg. Alas I have been spoilt by my family Skoda Karoq which gives is mid 40s!

Thanks Steve. By De-Bond, do you mean to delete any previous contacts that have been downloaded onto the car's phone system by the previous owner?

I pick up my A5 cab on 1st June and wish to have my phone paired immediately. Is this easily done and how do I get rid of the previous owner's address book which I assume (?) has been downloaded onto the phone system on the car? is there anything else I need to be aware of on pick up please?

I am about to pick up a 2012 A5 Cabriolet and would welcome an answer to this please as the boot is rather small/

Hi, just put a deposit on 2012 A5 cabriolet with 63k on the clock and I have joined the Owners Club. I live between Windsor and Slough. This is my first A5 and I am not a car mechanic so what should I watch out for, please, as I have heard Audis can be unreliable and expensive ? So far it looks good and seems to drive well so I hope for many years and many miles of joyful fun. Looking at local comments Audi main dealers seem to be as expensive as Merc dealers so where do you get your cars serviced and repaired when needed? I welcome your helpful comments please.
