  1. DPF, recurring failure to regenerate

    I have this problem 4 or 5 times in my ownership where the light for engine management comes on and the garage has to carry out a forced regeneration , does any else have this problem. the car is a 40TDI

    Coasting is on my 40TDI A6 and it could need a battery charge, as stop -start will not work below a certain charge value. As for the lane assist this is uses the forward facing camera

    my tended to do this on my A6 it was where my keys were stored in a drawer and others thrown on top would trigger the boot open button. Cured by storing in a Faraday box.
