  2. 2017 Audi A4 B9 - Seat Heating Buttons not working

    First post, need some help please. I have a 2017 Audi A4 B9, the front seat heating does not work. I have checked the fuse in C1 passenger footwell (RHD). Checked all connections underneath both seats. Both of the buttons seems to be backlit however neither of the 3 small leds under will turn on. Any ideas if there's anything else to check or if this related to heater element? Seems strange that both fail to operate, however I don't think it is a control panel fault as both of the seat heating buttons are backlit.
