2017 Audi A4 B9 - Seat Heating Buttons not working

Featured Replies

First post, need some help please.

I have a 2017 Audi A4 B9, the front seat heating does not work. I have checked the fuse in C1 passenger footwell (RHD). Checked all connections underneath both seats. Both of the buttons seems to be backlit however neither of the 3 small leds under will turn on. Any ideas if there's anything else to check or if this related to heater element? Seems strange that both fail to operate, however I don't think it is a control panel fault as both of the seat heating buttons are backlit.

Hi Verojie3, did you get to bottom of this. I am having exact same issue with my A5 B9 2017?

Hi Verojie3 and Jag1029. This problem has recently happened to my Audi b9 2018. Did you manage to find a fix? Took mine to the Cardiff Audi dealer and £500 later they could not diagnose the cause. They wanted £1500 to replace the front console with no guarantees that was the issue.  Won’t be using them again in a hurry.

Hello both,

The OP joined, posted on the same day, and never returned to the forum after that.
You could try sending him a PM in the hope that he retains the same e-mail address.
Please let us know if you have a response.

Kind regards,

Gareth.

Thanks Gareth 👍
