    Hi, I too had this problem and was told by a friend to purchase a Bluetooth radio car kit wireless transmitter. This bypasses the issue altogether and is a relatively simple, cheap solution, with the same reliable media/call features that connects to your car Bluetooth. Audi has always been dogged with these connectivity problems with their MMI systems because of the constantly changing world of mobile phone technology. Martin
