  1. Thanks mo zak. Mine is consistent - every time I start up the shudder is noticable. I wouldn't think anything of it except I have experienced a Volvo mild hybrid which was completely shudder free when starting up from cold. So I'm expecting the answer is that this is just what the Audi is like. It's basically like every other car I have ever started up - so no issue at all. What I find odd is that the car seems capable of starting without any feeling at all when on the move, but maybe it is there, it's just that because I am moving I don't notice it. A simple thing would be to sit in another A4 and start it up. It will probably be exactly like mine!
  2. Thanks Steve Q :). What I'm interested in is whether my car is unusual - any other B9 owners out there who can confirm?
  3. I own a 2022 A4 tfsi with mild hybrid. Car is incredibly smooth including engine restarts when on the move, but when stationary a restart after a period of engine shutdown is really rough. I thought the mild hybrid was supposed to make auto restarts smooth?
  4. I have a 35 TFSI and the only issue I have found is the slight delay in restarting after auto start/stop has shut the engine down. If I want a smart getaway, I either switch off the start/stop for part of the journey or blip the accelerator just before I want to pull away to wake up the engine.
  5. I find the front seat bases a little too tilted back for my liking and so was happy to find that there is a lever mentioned in the manual to adjust the angle - then disappointed to find my car didn't have that lever. I have standard seats, I think the extra lever comes with comfort seats? Looking under the seats though, I did wonder if I could manually adjust the height of the front of the seat base. Has anyone ever tried?
  6. I have a Technik trim with the comfort & sound pack which adds most options I wound want. The only missing thing I have found is the lack of comfort headrests and the inability to adjust the angle of the seat base.
  7. Looks like you got it Jamie from your info - must update mine, as I also got one a week ago!
  8. I bought the car - and it does! Loving it.
  9. I think I have possibly answered my own question having found mention of height adjustment on page 249 of an owners manual online. Would be great to get confirmation on it being on the Technik trim level though.
  10. I am considering buying an A4 Technik 35 TFSI 71 plate this week and one thing I forgot to check was whether it has height adjustment for the front seatbelts. I've checked interior pictures online and tech spec sheets and just can't see. If anyone could possible confirm one way or another that would be great.
