  1. Hi all, I have posted on the 8P Forum but I need some help. I have 2007 Sportsback s-line and I am trying to locate the cover for the rear towing eye, where it screws in . I am convinced the bumper on mine is not the correct one for the car, been changed at some point, maybe an older model. I have only had it 6 months so missing when I got it. I hope someone can shed some light on what year the bumper is. Many thanks in advance and will try and post picture.
  2. Hi all ,any ideas on the above tow eye cover? I am sure someone has the same bumper? Thanks
  3. Hi all ,have not posted for a while. I have 2007 A3 s line sports back and I am trying to locate the correct rear hook cover. I suspect the bumper has been changed to a different year as when I removed it to fix parking sensors, I noticed bit of damage on rear frame structure. I have tried the actual year of the car and got a small cover which I thought was a front but is the later rear one.I will try and add pictures in the hope that someone within the forum recognises the bumper or has changed it themselves. I thank you all in advance and hopefully I can get an answer. I look at all A3,s as I follow them trying to see the same one. Will add its flat with no contours.
  4. Many thanks for all the replies, can I ask whether the cheaper, £30-40 diagnostic units are worth the money? Do they all do more or less the same or do I need Audi specific one? Again thanks
  5. Hi all, I know this subject has been covered, appologies. I have 2007 A3 sportsback tfsi. The usual thing, were working, get the long beep then nothing. I can not hear any buzzing or feel any vibration from any of the sensors. My question is, is there a central unit controlling all the sensors? and can this fail or is it normally just one or two sensors? I have seen something about a unit in the rear ,side panel in the boot , can this be easily changed? I have tried to find a thread that covers this but most seem to concentrate on a particular sensor being faulty. Many thanks in advance and I hope this is the right way to do it as total neewbie to using forums.
