Now I know I am going mad! In desolation I rescanned my Dab channel this afternoon and everything I have been missing is back!! Virgin, talksport2. Someone must have flipped this switch!! Someone back me up on this - I am in Devon.

Just called Audi UK, 0800 699 888. Absolute pain, not interested. Told me to go to retailers and pay to have it checked, before they will even investigate and give me a case number. Not interested in what I had to say about this website and all the people with same issue since 1 April 2025. Blamed it all on Bauer media and would not even listen when I said I knew they had changed from Dab to Dab+, BUT it should make no difference as my car comes with a Dab+ supported radio - see earlier posts with photo of manual!!

The point has been made that many of us DO have dab+ radio in the Audi MMI, but just it seems to be a different type - clearly I am not technical.

Add me to list, please, with 2016 Q3. Lost dab channels at same time, end march, except also lost Virgin main station, which they say is still Dab, not dab+, only their anthems/ legend station is just dab+. Also lost talksport2, and a whole list is stations I don't listen to. BBC all ok but then they are all fine on FM. According to my manual it is a dab+ radio installed.
