  1. MMI Amp blowing fuse

    Hi Gareth, Thanks for the reply. I've had a look around the amp, does not seem to be any signs of water ingress on or around the area of the amp. I also looked in the spare tyre bay, nothing there. I had a look around the fuse box in the right boot compartment, and no signs there. I optical bypass connectors, removed the black optical wire from the amp, used the bypass connectors; this resulted in no blown fuse, MMI display works as needed, just no sound. However, with full, normal connection, the fuse blows. Regards, JP

    Hi All. My amplifier keeps blowing the fuse when I connect the main power connector back into the back of the amp. I think I need to repair/replace the amp. Has anyone had similar issues and had successful resolutions this this? Thank you in advance. JP
