  1. Wow not a reply in 3 days, Well I will post when it's resolved, it's looking like a gear sensor inside the box, but translating from Russian isn't great
  2. Hi guys, I have a massive drama. Bought a Q5 for the soon to be wife 09 2.0L D quattro and 6 months later it's thrown a gearbox problem Codes are P179e sensor for speed level electric fault. P176b Gear actuator 2 not adjustable It's in a service now.. But I don't trust Russian mechanic as far as I can throw them. $2300 quoted for gearbox removal parts and labour. 6 month warranty I'm a dab hand but would only have limited tooling.. And really don't fancy pulling a gearbox in the snow Any help guys as been googling for hours as I'm the other side of the world.
