Bought a Q5 for the soon to be wife 09 2.0L D quattro and 6 months later it's thrown a gearbox problem Codes are P179e sensor for speed level electric fault. P176b Gear actuator 2 not adjustable It's in a service now.. But I don't trust Russian mechanic as far as I can throw them. $2300 quoted for gearbox removal parts and labour. 6 month warranty I'm a dab hand but would only have limited tooling.. And really don't fancy pulling a gearbox in the snow Any help guys as been googling for hours as I'm the other side of the world. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
