  1. Hi All, Its been two weeks since my issue with my Audi A6 C6 Avant started. It started to shudder and hesitate round about 1500-2000rpm. My little VAG code reader said it was the MAF. I bought a new one, a HAAS from Euro Parts. I fitted it with excitement but the problem remained. I then fitted a new fuel and air filter, still the same issue. It was driving me mad! I then took the new MAF back and exchanged it for a Bosch on, I fitted is with excitement as fixing the issue. It was better but still the same. Then is disconnected the MAF, the issue then went away? Less power, but the shudder and hesitation has gone with a slightly reduced MPG. Because I use the car daily I have only got round at looking at it again today. Through reading I disconnected the Shudder Valve, Throttle Manifold Flap, whatever you want to call it. I then drove the car a short distance, it run really well. I then reconnected the MAF but not the Shudder Valve, I drove the car a short distance, no issue whatsoever! It drove really well. I then reconnected the Shudder Valve and the problem was back with avengence. I have disconnected it again, so what's the issue, the Shudder Valve or the EGR. I have VCDS arriving next week, I hope this will give some decent fault coding. Thoughts please.
  2. Did you find the problem? Just having the same issue.
  3. Hi all, I have a 2007 Audi A6 Avant TDI, I love it. Monday is began jerking around 2000rpm. Really annoying, I thought it might be injectors and poured some Wynns Gold Formula in the tank. This didn't not work. My £40 Amazon VAG tool was telling me it has a MAF error of Implausible reading. I purchased a new MAF and fuel filter. I fitted them last night, The MAF first, this did nothing! Then the fuel filter, this did nothing! Really frustrated now, so lunch time I unplugged the MAF and started the engine and drove it. No issue what so ever! Lovely drive, lots of power. Now, do I re-connect it, leave it unplugged or buy and new Air Filter and plug the MAF back in?? Any help is appreciated. Jay
  4. I will have a look. It works using the key in the door no problem.
  5. Hi all. Just started having an issue with my drivers door not unlocking when I press the key fob. All other doors unlock without issue. I thought the actuator had given up. However when I have driven for around 20 mins and leave the car and check it again it unlocks no problem. After around 15 mins it stops working again until I do a drive of around 20 mins and then it works again without issue. Thights???
