Yeah I've seen that and tbh it's my plan B. I was looking at the after market S4 style ones with the quad tips but can't get a straight answer if they fit cars with the ad blue tank. Then I started looking at the B9.5 rear bumper, especially S4, and think it looks awesome. Shame about the front end! Not sure what Audi were thinking there. To me, cars have faces and the B9 had a smart slightly aggressive face. The B9.5 has face like someone gurning with constipation. Anyways, my thinking was the S4 is now diesel and has fake tips on the right so might be a straight fit. Just need to find a used one on ebay and get it sprayed.

Sorry if this has been covered but I cant find info anywhere. Does anyone know if the rear bumper from the B9.5 is a direct fit to the B9? I have a 2017 3.0tdi s line avant and find the s line bumper a bit plain. I wouldn't mind replacing with the B9 bumper with fake r/h side exhaust, or even S4 bumper. Any advice appreciated

Thanks for the info. The item I've fitted is a genuine audi item and i've since found out that,as you say,only specialist software/hardware can code it in. Someone has pointed me in the direction of a nice fella called Andy at audiupgrades.co.uk who's going to help me out remotely. I enquired with audi and they wanted £250 to code it in and that was when I fell off my chair, it's more than I paid for the camera. There seems to be plenty of people out there who've fitted cheaper Chinese versions and had no problem coding them in with VCDS or OBDELEVEN. It seems I've seen myself off going genuine but nevermind,you live and learn

Hi All, I'm looking for a little guidance on finisshing off my reverse camera retrofit. I bought a genuine audi camera kit and fitted it as per the instructions. I've now come to code it in and I'm having issues. I've found lots on forums but nothing specific to the A4 B9 and other cars all seem to have slight differences. The kit came with an activiation pack which has a code, an activation numvber and a PIN. I called Audi and they say I need to to take it to them to get it working using the activiation pack and I won't be able to do it through VCDS. Is this correct or can I do it? I have VCDS and have already attempted with no luck. Any help is massively appreciated. OK,thanks. I get the fault codes not necessarily pointing to the exact problem but would it mean that even if the sensor is good, a wiring fault could be telling the car that it isn't and therefore causing further problems, as in problems that may be caused if the sensor was faulty? Thanks Chris

The sensor I used was this one from eurocarparts by FAE http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Audi_A3+Sportback_2.0_2007/p/car-parts/exhausts/car-body-parts-and-car-exhaust/lambda-sensor/?710445691&1&97395a7b2bb23c4425f58b098d974e8a46e1f607&000210 I've tried to look at the wiring but I think I'm going to need to strip some bits out of the way to get a proper look. As far as testing things, my ability is stuck at taking things off and putting things on but I know some people who could show me a bit more. I suppose I was just hoping someone might have come across the same problem. Does anyone think the DPF being removed could have anything to do with it?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the right direction with a lamda sensor fault I'm getting on my Audi A3 2.0TDI 170 2007. It's causing the EML to light up constantly and after replacing the sensor, the light is still showing. In fact it came back on immediately. There were also a few voltage related faults which I've cleared and they haven't come back on as yet. I was wondering it all this was battery related or if the lambda sensor fault is an issue of it's own. The DPF was removed by a previous owner a couple of years ago. Don't know if this could have something to do with it. Any help would be much appreciated.
