  1. I think you may not be seeing the screw. You have removed the cover on the bumper, so lay on the floor and look up into the hole and at the top you should see the head of the 'Phillips' screw. Unscrew it, but it does not come fully out, and you will then be able to pull the light unit away from the bumper. To refit, enter the side furthest away from the screw hole into the bumper, then gently press the the light unit into place, hold it in place and screw the screw in. The screw it right up in the top of the hole.
  2. When I got my 2015 Q5, the mirrors didnt retract, the guy I got it from realised that it was to do with the key fob. Apparently only one had been fully set up and I was using the other one. I tried the other fob and Voilla, theyand everything else worked. It tells you in the manual how to do it, but take it to the dealer if your unsure. John
  3. Hi, Its just out of warranty, but with having had a camera fitted, it was obvious they would blame it on that no matter what, and charge me. I have a friend who is a top body repairer, I will seek him out. Just wanted to know if anyone else had had this issue.. It sounds like its towards the right rear, probably around the C pillar area. I wlll investigate. Jonty
  4. Hi, I have a 2015 Q5 with panoramic roof. When it is opened to 'tilt' there is a rattle which seems to be in the headlining. Close the roof and it stops. Has anyone else had this problem? I must add that 9 months ago I had an Audi front and rear dashcam installed and the cable to the rear cam runs down the right hand side roof lining trim. But why only rattle when the roof is open? The noise does seem more than just a cable flopping about on the trim. Any advice welcome. Thanks John
