Where is my MMI port?

Hi all,

I have just joined as I bought a 2006 Q7 SLine 3.0 V8

It is driving me crazy that I cannot find the 30 pin port to connect a Bluetooth interface (have a Tune2Air on the way) 

Nothing in the glove box, nothing in the centre console. I’ve even removed the tray and there is nothing below there?

I have a MMI and I don’t want to remove the Audi cd changer head unit and replace with a modem one as it will mess it up

Im confused as I’ve been through all the articles, YouTube etc and everyone points to the arm rest or glove box?

surely can’t be the first person to ask this?

Not all of them have it. It was an option from the factory I believe. Think it needed to have the extended telephone option . Mine is a 2008 with Bluetooth phone connectivity but no telephone in the armrest so no 30pin plug.
