Audi Service plan or Independent Garage

I have had my A6 now just over 2 weeks, and really impressed with it so far and happy with the purchase.  Got a free month with AudiConnect navigation etc, its a shame its £14.99 a month, I think its a bit steep. If it was more like £7.99 I would be more likely to subscribe, as I like using the cars integrated features.  

My main dilemma and the reason for the post, is what to do with servicing.

Audi plan is £36.99 per month for 2 years (you can have one for £35.99 which is 2 services & pollen filter changes, no warranty)

1 x oil service

1 x oil & pollen filter change

2 x mots

2 years road side and warranty

How does the above work if its a major service, does the price of the major get reduced with one service knocked off?

or just go with an Audi/VW specialist garage I found who seem reasonable. I have 33,500 miles so going to need a Major service at £342 and gear box oil at £258, do these prices below seem fair?
