Any space saver wheel recommendations?

I've got a 2024 A6 Avant 40TDI but I've had 2 punctures in the last 6 months. Most tyre shops near me don't stock replacement tyres so I can't ever seem to get one fitted the same day. So I'm looking for a spare space saver wheel for emergencies.

I'm a bit confused because I called Audi and they said they don't sell a complete space saver wheel for the car. My next go-to would be Ebay, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

I have a space saver from my old A6 C7 in the boot of my C8 50TDI and it has been used once so far.

There is a subwoofer in the boot but that fits nicely into the centre of the spare wheel, definitely designed to have a space saver.
