MyAudi app issues?

Featured Replies

Hi there. I have a 2016 S3 Convertible. I have been able to access all the manuals etc via the MyAudi app without issue. However, when I check now it says "no documentation available for my car"...which is odd as I know there is...Ive been using it periodically over the last year!.

Anyway on the Audi website it clearly states digital documentation is available for all vehicles aged 2008 and newer.

I have contacted my local Audi dealership and they have the same "no documents available" message which he said was very strange.

I contacted the Audi digital help line and they have been no help at all!! 🤬

Has anyone else experienced this and if so have they managed to get hold of any service manuals? Note, I can find some generic US manuals but wanted the UK ones and more specifically those for the convertible....I cannot find anything anywhere for that!

Small update. Despite what I was told there must have been an issue with Audi Digital app, I just went on the app again and manuals have returned....so everything is right with the world again!!😀
