Audi Q5 TDI quattro Posted July 21, 2014 Share Posted July 21, 2014 Hi All I have just got myself a Q5. My question now is how to update the maps. It appears that there are many update provider where as Audi itself is rather cagey about it. Any suggestions? dsc8w Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 Hi there, I have just bought my first Q5 today and asked the Audi dealers the same question, as my existing car uses a Garmin. The dealers said that the only updates are done approx. every 6 mths at their premises, during a service schedule. I thought this was a bit strange, more like a closed shop scenario. dsc8w Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 James, that is news to me, but having said that I notice that if I can get to grips with it, there is the 'MyAudi' link that somehow deals with this possibly that may be the way around things, I am still learning the intraces of their on-board computer system.
