    Hi you can get the bulbs cheaper on eBay and with the flickering in mind you will need to buy new ballast units, 99% of the bulbs on eBay are E marked so therefore are road legal, Limastar and Lumex are a good shout and still E marked on the higher Kelvin options. Steve.

    I'd recommend you buy from local motor factors as you'll know they're legal.
