  1. I have been having trouble with my Audi MMi log in. It was failing to recognise my pin numbers. Telephoned Audi help line and they answered straight away and solved the problem by changing my mobile phone into a camera so I could show them what was on the screen, and after a bit of button pressing problem solved. I was quite impressed as I am definitely "old school". Tony
  2. It was good to talk to somebody who really wanted to help. We all spend a lot of money on these cars and support the marque though thick and thin. It was refreshing to know that there are people out there to help us. Tony
  3. Many thanks indeed Mark. I appreciate that diagnostics can be an expensive necessity in some cases, but it can often save money by hopefully ensuring serviceable parts are not changed unnecessarily. Kind regards, Gareth.
