  1. Hi everyone, I'm Fred, I live in essex & have just acquired a 2016 a3 8v 1.6tdi sport saloon. It's my first audi, so I expect to be asking alot of questions as I learn it's quirks.
  2. I had a range error on my 3.2, also a 2004 anyway the module is not in the foot well it's to the left of the steering cowl bolted to the centre console, I disconnected it while waiting for a new one to turn up with no errors detected whilst not in circuit.
  3. Hi Gareth. I had the same issue with an A3 8P some years ago, had the wiring under the drivers seat checked/renewed, the problem was still there. In the end it was the clock spring in the steering wheel that was dirty. Hope that helps. Regards Mark
