  2. i was going to do the same thing. got a set from a german company, brought them last year they are another 15mm lower than your sline. , there are plenty on the market eibach are on of the best springs teins are aloso a goon make. or you could go down the route of fitting coilovers, just depense on your budget.
  3. hi folks, had another sucessful visit to a breakers, bagged a interior light unit with mood lighting. a c/c switch with coms unit, a glovebox with a cool box in it. and a pair of black mirrior covers. all came at a bargin price.
  4. i would also have look at the ccm as they may have got damp in the connections.
  5. hi folks, did a bit more to the old girl today. my led number plate lamps arived yesterday while i was doing the other jobs. and it would appear that the previous owner did not clean there car very throughlly. found this mess in the spare wheel pan, and also found the missing warning triangle. seams that the mount bracket clips had broke. likelly i had a spare one kicking about. so manged to but this back as it should be.
  6. hi guys not sure if this is allowed, but i have added a few bits to the a4, just before xmas i aquired a 2 din conversion a mfsw and a full set of s line trim panels at a bargin price, as iam not sure if the ones in my car was for an s line. also while i was doing the conversion found a blue wiring plug taped to the loom, not sure what its for, also found a ecu cable tied to the heater supprt bar. these are the pics from the install.
