As a footnote, the first time I had the box clunk was in a traffic jam & I actually thought I’d been hit from behind!!!

Unfortunately no improvement after the service, mine clunks when hot changing from 2nd to 1st unless I do it manually by the flappy paddles & mine also makes the car creep forward if I’m not on the brake at a stand still. Compared to my bmw 6 speed tiptronic gearbox the Audi S-tronic feels quite agricultural in relation.

Morning. New to the site so here goes.... I have an A5 3.0tdi Quattro Cabriolet... cars done 45000 miles & half the suspension bushes are worn. I’m looking at upgrading to polyurethane but only Powerflex list them for the A5 at £1350! Does anyone know either somewhere cheaper or which other Audi models share the same suspension as I can find poly bushes much cheaper for all models except the A5..typical ! thanks folks bob

The Audi clunk, mine does the same, I’m about to replace all my suspension bushes after 45000 miles as half have failed.. poor quality so I’m upgrading to Meyle

Mines not great in mine, when it’s hot in slow moving traffic & changes down into 1st I get a real jolt. I’ve done a full gearbox service & it’s still the same

Had my 2010 done with a dpf & egr delete to a stage 2 300bhp map, reliability is fine, I put a decent air filter in as well... but I still hate the s tronic gear box
