  1. Thanks for the response. I'll speak to Audi customer services before I pick up the car
  2. My Q8 has been with the dealers for 9 weeks! They diagnosed a faulty Adblue control unit, sent to Germany for a replacement. They are now saying the replacement is faulty and the new part is due on 1st July. I’ve had a courtesy car but the inconvenience and concern is causing stress. The Adblue control unit damaged another part which the warranty says I have to pay for. Am I within my rights to argue the charge due to the incredible delay? Any advice welcome
  3. Thanks Gareth I'll certainly let you know how I get on! John
  4. I have a 2018 Q8 bought with an extended warranty. The Adblue tank and control unit are faulty and will be replaced under warranty. The fault caused a leak and damaged electrical wiring. I have been told that I have to pay for the wiring as it's not covered under the warranty. Am I within my rights to argue that as the tank, which is covered by the warranty, caused the damage I should not have to pay for the wiring?
