yep mine are all greyed out on my mmi. strange set up, but working

so I have looked at history and had a green tick on Aircon. but on my mmi and back of car is no vents , or controls. unticked and restarted and light back on

thanks, not got around to doing yet, can they be coded like a service mode to come out and stay to work on?

strangely my rear heater on the window worked monday and for the last year with a light on the switch, but for the last 2 days when -2 at 6am on the way to work, nothing scanned with OBD11 and no fault. under long coding DD, says heated rear window installed. had 4 faults, all cleared, but still no luck ideas?

a lot of a pain people say, u can buy a new grill for like £189

so have turned them off. they were spraying all over the bonnet and looked like someone had dropped milkshake all over the front and grill so will see if i can allign them some how

obd11 works but for basic bits you have to pay for the unit and credits.

a costly way would be a airplay ect install and side load netflix looking at £500 pointless as well if driving

yep , opened up all settings just got to see what new tricks I can do. also have to align the washes as very high

I can only tell you the way that I did mine was to buy a generic bracket kit for about £40 and arm from some Romanian site. cost me cheap

just to update everybody I manage to solve the problem by downloading some software from a German site that re-enabled the tick at the bottom and I have now enabled them and I'm working

looking now has been turned off. can code without pro

just topped up water. put finger in the sides and flap opens and washers are in there started car, pulled back for 20 secs on stick, nothing, no water at all or movement

good evening all if any mods see this post. please close my s1 for sale. Gf using car question I noticed over the last few days that the washer jets under the headlights don't seem to be working. I was told you need to have the lights fully on and not in auto and hold the stork for five seconds. nothing seemed to happen and I wonder if had been disabled via OBD. can anyone recommend where to look to see if they have been turned off by the old owners

i brought my OBD11 to do some changes on my S1, didn't know that the ex owners had already done a few bits But it has paid for itself over and over, as had people at work borrow it and paid for my lunch, dinner etc so would getting in my eyes

i had mine done for £500. To be honest i don't use it, but its a good selling point on my car With the MMI there is a few after market ones, but its the knowledge to install them your paying for.

normally the nav button on the head unit or steering wheel if you mean it didn't come with it and want to add it , then i have read some guy on ebay says SD cards with it on for around £200

mine has sat nav, as has the tech pack and works when i press the nav button i emptied the juke box as selling car and this is showing after.

i like my seat low, and i think if i added that it would stop it going down for anyone driving

the a1 has a common fault i found out after fixing the girls one at work twice The connection in the rear lights plastic melts so test all lights, put on hazard lights, break with someone watching, etc as Steve said, get someone to scan it with like a OBD 11 etc seems this is your second post, as you posted about the mirrors as well. any photos of mirrors? on that post
