  1. Hi again, Thanks for the insight. Yes, they do. So it'll be added to the online service history. Brand wise, I am not entirely sure to be honest. I think my biggest 'concern', if I can call it that, is around the quattro system. I was reading some older threads where people recommend servicing the diff as well I couldn't find anything on this on any resources that came with the car. The handover doc from when the car was new mentioned some critical pieces of servicing (gearbox being the top one) but nothing on the diff. Thank you, Cristian
  2. Hi Gareth, On average 10K/Year. I found a local garage with very positive reviews, focused on german cars. I had servicing and some work done with them, I was very happy with the service and I'll continue with them for the foreseeable. Kind regards, Cristian
  3. Hi Mark, I got the MyAudi app and under Services you can see Additional Work which tells you the serviceable items and milage for those. For your 2nd question, I don't know what to tell you I'm afraid. I've only checked the previous work done on the car under its Service History and used the "Additional Work" section of MyAudi to know what's left to do on it.. Thank you, Cristian
  4. I'll give it a try. You applied the WD40 on the plastic bits on the side of the parcel shelf?
  5. Hi everyone, On a 2018 A5, V6 TDI Quatro, the Audi app has all the additional work to be done depending on mileage(screenshot attached) in addition to the regular oil changes. Is there any other preventive maintenance you would recommend to carry out? Thank you, Cristian
  6. I can say that after going every bump in sight with no parcel shelf, it is indeed the culprit. Now, my challenge is to find exactly how to fix this as I am not sure if it's the shelf itself or the fit that's causing this issue.
  7. I'll drive the car tomorrow for a bit so let's see if removing the shelf can help me pinpoint the root cause of the sound.
  8. Hi, No, but that's what I should've done first. I'll do that and see if thats indeed what's causing it as reports online point either to that or a speaker coming loose. Kind regards, Cristian
  9. Hi everyone, I have an 18 plate Audi A5 Sportback and each time I go over bumps there's an annoying sound coming from the back of the car to the point it makes you dread driving over bumps.. I think it's the parcel shelf potentially? I don't think it's anything related to suspension as it comes from inside the car. Has anyone experienced anything similar with the Sportback and managed to find the culprit? Thank you, Cristian
  10. Hi Gareth, this is the best course of action it seems. I gave them a ring a few weeks back but they had all the mechanics busy at the time and they've took my details to arrange a call back but they didn't follow through. Good point on getting the sticker back on the car. I'll give them a ring and ask if they can help with this as well. Tyre pressure wise I found some pictures online with them but it's hard to know if the info is indeed from this model year or not Kind regards, Cristian
  11. Thanks for the tip. I have them currently at 35 psi on all 4.
  12. Hi everyone, I recently bought a second hand A5, 18 plate, the V6 TDI. The tyre pressure sticker is missing and the manual says to check it and has no other info. Can anyone please share a picture of theirs? And the engine size will make a difference for the pressure? The 3l having to have a slightly higher pressure than the 2l engine
