I went from a 5.5L V8 MB E500(which I owned for 12 years) to my 2017 petrol SQ5 and I love driving it.

I used Apple Carplay(via cable) for the first time a few weeks ago & it worked fine.Didn't use it again until today & now I get the oral directions OK but cannot get the map to display. 2017 SQ5 petrol. I'm still very much at the novice stage so any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the end I took it to an Audi specialist in Harrow who said the rattle is normal for VAG petrols,it's the fuel injectors. Seem like a professional outfit so will be going back there for services etc. https://audivwsc.co.uk

I have a 2017 SQ5 V6 petrol with 30k on the clock that has a chattering noise from the engine when at idle.If it was a 70's car I'd say tappets-do they have tappets these days? It's only audible with the bonnet up and turning off the AC makes no difference. It's still under an Audi used car warranty but I thought I'd try & pre-arm myself with some ideas before I go to them. Can someone recommend an indi somewhere near Watford I could go to for advice pls?

Thanks for the reply,I think I'll have to try using Apple Carplay next time I do a long trip. As you say connect doesn't seem worth it.

I have downloaded the My Audi app to my iphone & it says I should enter an 8 digit pin into the MMI. I followed the instructions from the manual & it says the subscription has expired. I bought it as an Audi approved used car from an Audi dealer,have I got to pay more for Audi connect & is it worth it?

I've been trying the voice control on my 2017 SQ5 which I've had for only a couple of weeks. I've been successful with a couple of tel calls but when I say call home it switches to satnav and gives me a list of all destinations beginning with Holmes. Although I had voice control on my previous car(MB) I never used it so I'm not very experienced at it. Does the car get used to my voice or should I call home something else,I tried it several times?

Hi I've just bought a 2017 SQ5 petrol and I must say it drives very well. I wish the infotainment system was a bit easier to work out though. But it is early days.
